Смертная казнь: рекордное количество стран голосует за прекращение ее применения. Отмена смертной казни во всем мире близка как никогда

17 декабря на Генеральной Ассамблее Организации Объединенных Наций рекордное количество стран (121 из 193 стран-участниц) проголосовало в пользу моратория на смертную казнь. Кьяра Санджорджио, эксперт организации Amnesty International по вопросам смертной казни, заявила, что мир без смертной казни может стать реальностью.
